Washington DC

Since the 1990’s Murals of Baltimore and Mr. Michael Kirby has been creating Props and Sets in and around Washington DC. The studio and Mr. Kirby are based in the Mid-Atlantic right outside of DC. The DC Commission on Arts and Humanities commissioned Mr. Kirby to create a panda statue for its Pandamania Event for the National Zoo in Washington DC.
