Gloucester Chalk Arts Festival

Murals of Baltimore and Mr. Michael Kirby created the first Chalk Art Festival or Madonnari Arts Festival in Gloucester, Virginia in 2007. Murals of Baltimore worked with the Cook Foundation to bring this event to the residents of Gloucester and Virginia. Murals of Baltimore organized the event and held a series of workshops for students.

Mr. Kirby was the featured artists and conducted a series of workshops for students of all ages. Mr. Kirby has completed numerous 3D chalk drawings and 3D street paintings for various festivals and organizations throughout Virginia. Mr. Kirby provides workshops and classes at festivals and helps organize events for the communities.
