Capital Gazette Shooting Victims

In 2018 about a few days after the tragic Capital Gazette Shooting in Annapolis, Mr. Michael Kirby recreated the portraits of the five victims on the streets of Baltimore. Mr. Kirby donated his time and materials to express his emotions on the streets of Little Italy in Baltimore.
